THE COMPANY, as data controller, informs the requester that the personal data provided are collected with the purpose of managing the processes of selection, as well as keeping them informed of the different job openings that arise in our organization.
The personal data provided will be kept until the position is filled, until you exercise your right to cancellation or for a maximum period of 1 year after their collection. After said period they will be destroyed.
The object of the processing is the legitimate interest of THE COMPANY to manage the selection processes; it is for this reason that, with the acceptance of this notice, the requester consents to the processing of their data.
Likewise, the requester consents to their personal data being transferred to third countries outside the area of the European Economic Space for reasons of the infrastructure of computer systems of THE COMPANY.
The requester has the right to obtain confirmation regarding if in THE COMPANY we are processing personal data that concerns them or not. The requester has the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, as applicable, request their erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In certain circumstances, the data subjects can request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or the defence of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons relating to their particular situation, the data subjects can oppose the processing of their data. THE COMPANY will cease to process the data, except in case of imperative legitimate reasons, or the exercise or the defence of possible claims.
